| Although
Habitat homes are scattered throughout Houston County, we are
currently constructing a Habitat community of 27 homes in a
revitalized area of Warner Robins. To pay tribute the foundation of
our city, the subdivision is called Wellston Villas and is located
on Orchard Way south of Watson Boulevard.
We have a projected budget of $1.2 M to complete this project,
and have already raised $600,000 to complete 15 homes. We are
currently building at a rate of three homes per year and anticipate
an annual construction cost of $150,000. We hope to accelerate our
building to four or five houses per year which would complete the
project by 2012.
In order to complete this project, we need the support of donors
and volunteers across Houston County.
